She has also worked with government / local administration teams including senior Police Authorities to ensure coordinated efforts and wider reach to migrant workers and tribal areas.

Tavishi supports causes towards the education of kids with disabilities as well as girl child.

E-Commerce: Store set up and social media for SMEs
Kushal has been in a child home since 18 years. He is currently pursuing his graduation. He has over a year’s experience and is currently working as a cashier in the hospitality sector. He loves photography and is an eager learner. At JOSH, Manish sets up the e-commerce stores for NGOs as well as MSMEs. He also helps in taking care of their social media presence.
He firmly believes in creating more job opportunities for HIV+ children and in equality for all.

Manish has worked as a delivery boy in his earlier days. Later on he started working in call centres and software maintenance. At JOSH, Manish sets up the e-commerce stores for NGOs as well as MSMEs.
He would love to help in education of underprivileged kids.

Girish Mehta
Girish has been staying in a child home since 9 years. He has worked in Childline in Jaipur. He helps in sourcing, selecting and coordination for our start-up & SMEs clients, he is passionate about making sure people find the absolute match between the role promised and the role they actually perform on ground in the organization. He is very good at interactions and understands the problem at ground level.
If given a chance Girish would love to work for the welfare of care leavers.

Keerthana A
An enthusiastic professional very much passionate to work in HR field. She has worked for Universal Surgicals, Visakhapatnam as HR admin. At JOSH, Keertana has been instrumental in maintaining relationships with our NGOs and helping them in the onboarding process.
She has a certificate in special education (ADHD, autism & learning disabilities) from Asian college of teachers and would like to help orphan kids with such disabilities.

Kamal Bhargav
Kamal has been living in a child support home since past 12 years. He currently works in the hospitality industry and is simultaneously pursuing his graduation degree in commerce. He has completed FM certificate of painting. At JOSH, he is in charge of the call centre for the JOSH Social Exchange as well as customer support.
He loves to help poor and needy people in any way he can.
Rohit Sharma
Rohit has been staying in child support home since 15 years. He is currently pursuing a degree in commerce. At JOSH he is handling voice-based sales and customer care training and set up for SMEs.
He would someday like to work for eradication of hunger amongst poor children.

Yash is a law graduate and assists in HR process, policy and documentation for our clients, a keen learner with multitasking abilities, has also helped a logistics firm with its processes and operations. At JOSH, he takes care of legal & compliance as well as KYC verification process.
